RAMESU SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL - RELIGIOUS HIERARCHY

The Ramesu Society International, Inc. is a not-for-profit, religious, spiritual, charitable and educational corporation designed to serve youth, parents, adults, families, and communities, who desire to use the Ramesu Spiritual Traditions in their development, religious services, spiritual observances, and academic enrichment. The purpose of the Ramesu Society International, Inc. is to research, design, implement, and perform religious, spiritual, charitable and educational activities, services, rites, and projects that promote youth development, human development, community development, spiritual development, and charitable/educational services.


The Ramesu Priesthood:

The Priesthood is the highest order of leadership and management of the provision of services towards the spiritual and religious membership, rituals, inductions, initiations, ordinations, education and training sessions. These are exclusively, and specifically, limited to members of the Ramesu Society International, Inc. The regimen of membership, the mores, the traditions, the culture, and the heritage of the Ramesu are key points to these services that shall not be abridged, altered, amended, excluded, or eliminated. The Priesthood is arranged as a council with master membership, senior membership, membership, and junior membership as delineated by levels of training, areas of specialty, years of experience (calendar and spiritual), and adherence to the creed and doctrine.


The Ramesu Disciple:

The Disciple is a junior grade member, and is either an advanced Aspirant or an advanced Devotee who dedicates her/his life to the principles and tenets of the Ramesu Society International, Inc. A Disciple is a person who desires to master aspects of training in the Spiritual disciplines of the Ramesu. A Disciple is placed into an age-grade system, and is monitored and trained/educated by a member(s) of the Priesthood.


The Ramesu Aspirant:

The Aspirant is a provisional member of the Ramesu Society International. Inc. who has either received and answered a “call” to a spiritual order, or who has been an astute Devotee. He/she is someone who desires to pursue membership in the Priesthood by becoming a dedicated Disciple. Aspirants are placed into a rigorous regimen of formal courses, classes, trainings, trials, and tribulations to determine the seriousness of commitment and adherence to the traditions of the Spiritual/Religious regimen.


The Ramesu Devotee:

The Devotee is an associate grade member from the general public and affiliates with the Ramesu Society International, Inc. Devotees participate in the public festivals, public celebrations, public ceremonies, and communal observances of the Ramesu Society International, Inc. Devotees are organized around Spiritual Klans, religious movements, ritual themes, and communal supports.


The Ramesu Student:

The Student is either a child-member of the Ramesu Society International, Inc., or is a child from the General Public who is enrolled in a religious school or spiritual academy. A student is also an advanced studies participant from the General Public, focused, accepted, and approved to receive accelerated coursework, education, and trainings in the basics of the religious and/or spiritual traditions, ceremonies, puberty rites, and/or Rites of Passage systems.


The Ramesu Participant:

The Participants are children, youth, adults, and families from the Targeted Communities in the General Public who use and/or participate in secular (i.e., non-religious) charitable and educational services. Particular interests and supports are given to economically disadvantaged, traditionally under-represented, historically low-performing, ethnic and minority populations from BIPOC communities. BIPOC (i.e., Blacks, Indigenous, Peoples of Color) participants include Blacks, African Americans, African immigrants, and African Caribbean communities.

Education and Training Regimen

Description

This education and training regimen provides detailed examinations and proficient use of the use of a variety of spiritual, religious, educational, and cultural methods and techniques. Priesthood candidates and junior members gain a functional familiarity with technique evaluations, research performance, writing reports, and ritual research, designs, and implementation. The information gathering methods permits the analysis, interpretation, reporting of research findings, and the performance of spiritual ceremonies, religious observances, ritual trainings and services. This regimen introduces Priesthood candidates and junior members to the theoretical framework of Ramesu ritual methodologies that are commonly used in the society and for its members. The readings for the regimen provide Priesthood candidates and junior members with a broad exposure to the current state of knowledge with regards to African heritage rites of passage systems, African classical history regimen, traditional African ritual sequences, and new-age African-centered pastoral counseling. The assignments and projects for the regimen provide experiential learning and address common issues that might arise from conducting any of the ritual systems being presented. The assessments are designed to help Priesthood candidates and junior members organize, store, and use the knowledge learned from this regimen.

Education and Training - Objectives

To become proficient in the understanding and design of ritual systems, and establishment of congregations.

To become proficient in the construction of valid ritual designs and application of esoteric research.

To become proficient in the use of information collection, interpretative research skills, and application techniques.

To become proficient in the use of information and ritual analysis techniques for pastoral counseling.

To become aware of the process of reporting research findings and performing ritual systems.


Education and Training - Outcomes

To produce proficient and skilled members with the knowledge of religious tenets and spiritual observances.

To produce proficient and skilled members with the abilities to research, design, and perform rituals and ceremonies.

To produce proficient and skilled members with the experience to implement rites: birth, puberty, marriage, death, etc.

To produce proficient and skilled members with the practicum for performing divination and oracular interpretations.

To produce proficient and skilled members with the facility to administer any and all divisions, programs, and services.
