Project Conservator

 The purpose of Project Conservator is to provide housing, career, employment, education and training supports and systems to community and chronically underprivileged stakeholders. Project Conservator shall establish cyber-hybrid-enabled campuses for the basic and advanced education of historically under-represented and at-risk populations, sites for the advancement of skills development and training sequences of construction workers and laborers, homes for low-income and chronically impoverished populations, and sites for the support of green-technology enhanced human evolution in regards to food supplies, energy generation and storage, waste recycling, and overall sustainability. To accomplish this, the Ramesu Society International will implement Project Conservator to address all stages of human life and development for targeted populations in one (1) primary location, and dozens of secondary regional locations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the United States of America (USA). The targeted populations shall consist of children (students) through adults (skilled laborers, temporary workers, unskilled laborers-in-training). The system shall be implemented as its own green-biome and Earth-friendly economy, as a series of demonstration project models, and as an initiator of low-trace, low-damage, high-tech supports and sustainable solutions for continuous human evolution. This will be key from the perspectives of housing, wellness, and socialization, to education, employment, and technological adaptation. From birth to Elderhood, Project Conservator will demonstrate and model a true Green-Technology system, and even Blue-Technology system, for the preservation of the environment and the continuous development of quality of life.


Ramesu Society International proposes to implement Project Conservator. A Conservator, defined, is “a person or organization responsible for the repair and preservation of works of art, buildings, or other things of cultural or environmental interest; a guardian or protector”. Project Conservator shall preserve, repair, guard and protect positive and progressive human evolution through services and supports focused upon basic and advanced education, work and trade skills certification training, temporary work and long-time employment opportunities, construction of residences and facilities, organic farming and organic rotational recycling systems, advanced weatherization and green technology innovations for power generation and storage, and the development of proprietary systems that propel human evolution, physically, mentally, intellectually, spiritually, socially, and economically.

Project Conservator of the Ramesu Society International shall be a five (5) year humanitarian programs and services sequence that will benefit members of the general public at its conclusion and establishment of self-sustainability. Project Conservator shall educate students each year in schools designed on the cutting edge of pedagogy. Educational academies (including cyber-hybrid and blended models) will educate these students from the grades of Early-Start and Head-Start (pre-Kindergarten) through the 12th grade (high school/secondary school). There shall be educators (teachers and instructors), giving a small class ratio between students and teachers, and nearly a  1 to 2 ratio for professional mentors to students. 

Project Conservator shall establish the construction of green-technology based, advanced-weatherized, energy and waste recycling homes by the conclusion of the five (5) year time period of this initiative. Project Conservator shall also establish and implement superior solutions systems for technological and human evolutionary research and development. As a part of the education of youth and training of adults, there shall be practical applications and hands-on experience attained through participation in many of the other components of Project Conservator. This humanitarian project will support and assist people through housing, with education, with direct employment, and with specialty employment and/or partial-time/temporary construction jobs, and will support an incalculable number of businesses and provide boosts to the local, state and national economies.
